Overview
Our client owned this plaster house in the area for a while. The original house was constructed in the early 2000s. This house is one of many plaster houses were built during that era. Most of the older houses in Gulf Harbour are plaster cladding houses.
Solution
The briefing was obviously to re-clad the house but with modern touch and flair. THE DESIGNFIRE also invested the roof design and cladding options to achieve the best design and look, while at the same time, meet the client’s budget.
Vertical claddings and stone feature walls were selected to give a fresh modern look yet blends with natures around the site.

As THE DESIGNFIRE completed several re-cladding projects near the area, all with the high quality outcome, our client had received a personal recommendation from the builder who has worked with us over multiple projects.
Working closely with other consultants is essential, and balance all the related aspects to the site is very important.
