2nd stage – A mixed-use building comprised of car parking, retail space, and apartments. Five storeys, including basement car parking.
The apartments are a mix of 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units ranging between 100 and 150 sqm.
THE DESIGNFIRE was responsible for providing detailed fire design and passive fire design documentation for this development.
Stage 1 building consent was granted and currently under construction.
The concept design under resource consent was developed by other interested parties, with the fire design being developed by THE DESIGNFIRE.
