Radiance Centre, Oracle Drive Albany

The final design of 8 Oracle Drive encompasses a two-story food and beverage block, boasting a total Gross Floor Area (GFA) of approximately 1600m2.

I am thrilled to share an update on the progress of our highly anticipated 8 Oracle Drive project in Albany, Auckland. I am delighted to witness the progress we have made in the construction phase. This architecturally designed food and beverage centre, comprising 16 units, is a significant expansion of Albany’s largest food and beverage precinct. Nestled in the heart of the rapidly growing Orchard Park business park, this development holds immense promise.

Throughout this project, we have collaborated closely with V-Pro Construction, leveraging their expertise and experience to ensure seamless execution. At present, we find ourselves in the mid-stage of construction, with the main structural framework of the building firmly in place. This commercial development offers up to sixteen commercial units that will house exciting retail and restaurant spaces. While we have encountered various challenges along the way, we are steadily resolving them and forging ahead. Our goal is to complete this remarkable venture later this year.

I also would like to thank the entire project team, including Sean Xu, who is the senior project lead, and Yehan Li from archimode, who prepared the design and resource consent. They have played an instrumental role in bringing our vision to life.
