9 Camrose Place Development

After 20 years of practising, we decided to give a try a modest development at the company level, located at 9 Camrose Place, Glenfield, Auckland.

 

4 residential units, a mix of 2 and 3 levels, ~150 m², 3–4 bedrooms. The site is sloped with an irregular boundary, so to maximise the development potential, it was not possible to make a clean box. Given the constraints of the site – sloping and irregular boundaries, unregistered services, etc., we still managed to bring some fine architecture and fire engineering into the development. We picked the finishes that we thought came out nicely.

Claire Luo and Sean Xu are the lead designers for the team. It has been full-on for 3 years delivering the project.

Overall, very happy with the results and would like to congratulate the whole team, especially Sean and Claire, who put so much hard work into it. We think we can advise our client better about the process now.
